At Bewdley Wellbeing, we use a unique, integrated approach that blends training, coaching, and therapy. This doesn’t just help you manage unhelpful emotions in the moment - it supports you in releasing past trauma, letting go of limiting beliefs, and consciously creating the brighter future you deserve.
Unlike many other approaches to wellbeing and mental health, which often focus only on your past, present, or future, we recognise that true healing requires attention to all three. We understand how difficult it can feel to move forward if you lack self-understanding and emotional awareness. Without addressing your mindset, each day can feel like a struggle, and recovery from physical illness can become even more challenging. We use a process of Personal Transformational Change to address your wellbeing that blends the best tools for learning, healing and rebuilding that better version of you.

As a wellbeing trainer, life coach, and therapist, I support people in transforming into the best versions of themselves. Since launching my private practice in 2018, my dedication to my own personal wellbeing journey has enabled me to continually expand and enhance the services I offer to clients.
I believe that everyone deserves clear, practical, and compassionate guidance when it comes to their wellbeing. Every piece of advice and every technique I share—both here on this site and in my practice—has been tried, tested, and shaped through my own personal development and healing journey.
In 2023, I created Bewdley Wellbeing Services to bring together the training and coaching elements of my work under one dedicated brand.
With the move to a new office in October 2023, I am now able to offer a wider range of support, including group sessions, training courses, employee assistance programmes, and opportunities for collaboration with other professionals in complementary fields.

You may prefer to work through things on your own, and if so, you’re in the right place. The first step is learning how your mind works, recognising how your behaviours shape your results, and discovering practical ways to solve problems with the right tools and strategies.
We are a solution-focused practice, which means we don’t dwell unnecessarily on the past. Focusing only on old wounds can keep the mind stuck in cycles of pain and trauma, leaving you feeling weighed down by emotional baggage. Instead, we help you shift your focus towards healing and forward movement.
With the right guidance, you can find effective solutions to overcome challenges such as PTSD, OCD, ongoing anxiety, and depression, and begin to reclaim a sense of clarity, strength, and freedom in your life.
