A New Relationship Waiting to Be Formed!

I believe that people come into our lives for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. My work ethic is built on creating high-quality, caring relationships with every client I work with.

As an independent practitioner, I get to be me with you — and that’s one of the best parts of my job. It’s the person I am today who knows, without a shadow of a doubt, that I can guide you toward the right insights and information to support your personal growth, strengthen your relationships, or recover from the debilitating effects of depression and anxiety.

Our relationship will be a two-way connection — we both need to feel comfortable. It will be grounded in trust and a sense of continuity. Why? Because I want to hear about your progress. I want to know that our work is making a genuine difference. And most of all, I want to see the changes in you that help you recognise just how far you’ve come.

I genuinely believe that when we accept that life is an ongoing learning experience — and when we release our resistance to receiving help — we give ourselves the chance to truly flourish.

I understand how easy it is to hold back because it feels like no one really “gets” us. But here’s the thing — I don’t need to get you. My role is to guide you in making the best choices for your life.

Along the way, I’ll teach you core science-based facts, foundational psychological principles, and simple yet powerful techniques to help bring your emotions back into balance and restore a sense of calm and control.

See you at your discovery session

A sneak peak into some of the areas we will be diving into when you decide to work with me

Thinking + Action = Results

THE REGULATORS OF  YOUR LIFE

Every aspect of life requires a degree of regulation and harmony — from our family and professional commitments to our self-care routines and the relationships we nurture with others.

01

Sub Conscious

Sometimes, the autonomic nervous system — the part quietly influencing your thoughts and actions — may simply need a little reprogramming to help you feel more balanced and in control.

Understanding this part of who you are will help to answer many questions realting to fears, behaviour and emotions.

02

Consciousness

Within each of us is a decision-maker — the part that chooses, every day and in every way, what to engage with and how to respond. It’s the part that gives power to our voice. When that inner decision-maker lacks confidence or becomes unsure, it can lead to choices that don’t align with our true values and standards — and that’s often when emotional turmoil begins.

03

Ego

The ego acts as a negotiator between what you want — your basic urges, desires, and impulses — and what is realistic or acceptable, guided by your morals, values, and societal rules.

It helps you make decisions that are both practical and socially appropriate. Often thought of as your self-image, the ego is the version of yourself you present to the world. It guides you through life, helping you make choices and maintain a sense of control.

Challenges arise when the ego becomes over-inflated, leading to arrogance or defensiveness, or underdeveloped, resulting in low confidence or indecision.

04

Other People

When we reflect on how much other people influence who we are and how we feel in any given moment, it’s easy to fall into the trap of blaming them for our emotions. This is a common misconception — constantly attributing our emotional state to others.

Yes, as children we were shaped and influenced by those around us. But it’s surprising how many people don’t fully mature into emotional independence. They may find themselves unconsciously controlled by others in ways they don’t even recognize.

The truth is, your thoughts and feelings are yours — they always have been and always will be. It’s worth checking in: who in your life makes you feel safe and able to be yourself, and who might be exerting influence that leaves you feeling uncomfortable or constrained?
