We know that whilst many people may show an interest in personal development, wellbeing improvement, life coaching or therapy, clients do need a layer of open mindedness and be willing to show commitment to attend their planned sessions, as well as to do the work that is required to truly improve.
With growing mental health awareness, demand for our services is always high. We are a service-based company that have been in business since 2018 and rely on building good working relationships with all our clients for the benefit of improving their wellbeing. We have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to abusive behaviour.
Our Contact Strategy is that clients may need to engage with us on a regular basis in accordance with the agreed planned approach (i.e., weekly, monthly etc).
If you are new to Transforming Me and we have been passed your details or purchased them via a reputable lead generation site (such as Bark.com) we will do our very best to contact you through all possible avenues, however we have a policy to stop after several unsuccessful attempts, as we believe that those that truly want help will respond. We will aim to contact you from time to time via email. If you do not want to receive emails from us, please let us know.
We try very hard not to charge our clients for missed appointments and do understand that from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances it may not always be possible to keep your appointment, so we appreciate as much notice as possible, ideally 24 - 48 hours. However if consecutive short notice cancellations occur (3 or more) charges may be applied. If you are an existing client and need to cancel or reschedule (unless you have already booked a block of time with us), we reserve the right to ask you to pay in advance for your next session to secure a further booking.
New clients may be offered one free session (totalling not more than 1 hour), this includes discovery calls and face to face sessions. If you are booked in for a session and then find you are unable to attend and it was offered as a free session, please note that any further time will be chargeable.
Concerns about our services - whilst we are listed on several other sites as means of generating leads and to prove qualification status, clients should understand that we are not under any regulation or compliance agreements with other providers where we are listed. Such listings are, in most cases for paid advertising membership only.
Using your data - we will comply with UK GDPR legislation and any contact information or messages you send us will be used purley for the benefit of managing your requirements for support through our business and with our respective practioners. We will never pass your information on to any other professionals.
Hypnotherapy is an unregulated therapy in the UK and any issues or concerns about your treatment must always be dealt with by us in person.
