1. Your first month with us

Amazing foundation work - wellbeing education and training you wont get anywhere else - that will make sure you start your recovery properly

2. The next quarter of your year

Lets be honest - you cant always change, heal or recover in just a couple of weeks from whatever it is your are going through. Our processes will start working for you relatively quickly and you will soon be able to come to see us bi-weekly, you may also need some therapy in this stage.

3. Maintain the journey

We believe very passionately that if improvements, healing or recovery in your life are to be sustained you need to deal with past, present and future self.  This is why we offer all our clients who are particularly recovering from anxiety or depression a higher level of professionalism by coaching them in the next phase of thier transformation journey.

Commitment Required
