Learning and Development

We are hear to be the bridge between home and either school or work.  We look after the emotional wellbeing needs  of young adults who might be struggling at school or adults who are either off work sick or at risk of not being able to be at work due to depression or anxiety.

We are able to  support the identifcation of any long term neurodivergent disorders  as well as use our training, coaching and therapy tools and methods for one to one support.

14 - 25 year olds

Whether still at school, in college, or already in work, the transition from teenager to young adult can be very unsettling for mental health.

Depression and anxiety are twice as common in the 18–25 age group, as areas of the brain are still developing and issues around security and safety often arise while young people are trying to find their place in the world, both in work and in relationships.

We work with both the individual and their school or employer to ensure needs are met, provide clarity on how best to support someone experiencing depression or anxiety, and help prevent isolation that could worsen these conditions if the correct support is not given.

We offer Employee Assistance Program services (EAP) and can perform clinical standards assessments that will act as leverage for recognition of underlying mental health disorders or neurodivegent issues.

We support your students and staff with either training, coaching or therapy that will lead to improved mental health and overall greater wellbeing.
