GADList Item 1
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) can be one of the most trickest to fix, as anxiety symptoms can rise from no where, even when we are doing something we enjoy.
This is when it is worth taking more than one approach to fixing the actual anxiety triggers.
Doing the work to observe yourself over a number of months and bringing the outcomes of your detective work into each session will help you to slowly and stedily work on all your anxiety triggers.
-
OCDList Item 2
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is when we are highly focus and obsess about one particular potential behaviour. OCD will create repetive patterns that are engrained habbits that must be followed in order to keep us safe.
Someone who is suffering with OCD will have followed the patterns for so long that breaking them can be tricky.
It's only when change comes along, like moving house or living with different people that life can get uncomfortable for people who can't tolerate or understand how to deal with OCD.
OCD doesnt always need to feel like mental health illness as having healthy reptitive patterns in our behaviour, like been obessive towards a sport or new pattern change in our health such as a diet can bring about great benefit.
If you know someone who appears to have OCD and are concnered about them book them in for a review sp that we can help treat them if required.
-
PanicList Item 3
Panic disorder is very similar to generalised anxiety disorder. This means that the body can be almost stuck in a constant state of panic.
It will feel like we are constantly in a heightened alert state, and even the simple things that should make us happy will feel hard and uncomfortable.
To treat panic disorder, you will need to be open to "doing the detective work" to help the therapist or coach to tackle all of your triggers.
-
PTSD
Trauma is not always what we think. Things like abuse, loss, or traumatic experiences like accidents are all high on the list of traumas. However when someone experiences one trauma, it is very common that a more mild incident may get loaded and remembered in the brain as a trauma.
When we store on-going events as traumatic, and dont get over them by releasing and reforming the way the memory is stored we litterally BUILD more and more trauma into the body.
-
Separation
Being connected and having connection to others is part of our human needs, however when being seperated and being unable to be with others creates anxiety in us then there can be other emotional triggers that stem back to childhood.
Using things like regression therapy, RTT or recoding our beliefs about our relationships will relieve this form of anxiety.
Book in for a free discovery session to discuss if you have this or any other form of anxiety.
-
Social
Social situations can be really difficult as we start to develop in teenage years and made even worse if we have had damaging relationships with peers during our school years.
It can make us fearful of being embarrased, humiliated or just freezings and not being able to articulate ourselves well enough to appear interesting and capitivating to those whose company we are in.
