CONNECTED ADVENTURE!

The steps of change required to find that better version of you and to learn to pilot your own life with a consistant positive emotional wellbeing.


  • Discovery and Registration

    The discovery phase is where we start to understand what areas you need help with.  

  • Step 1 - Rescue Me

    Anyone who is suffering with Anxiety, panic attacks or persistant worry, needs to take part in this step of the journey.  Even if you have levels of anxiety and panic under control, we recomend you still take this part of the programme.

  • Step 2 - Understand Me

    Whilst looking back into your past may feel difficult for some people, we do need to understand how you got to where you did.  Information about previous trauma, learnt behaviours, fears or underlying anxieties will all help to create the change required. We will connect this into your current feelings.

  • Step 3 - Restore Me

    You may have felt broken, bruised or just exhausted by your whole mental state and life outcomes.  This is the part where you actively need to do the restoration work to recharge you mind and body.

  • Step 4 - Connect Me

    Connection is a part of our human existence, however most of us retract or withdraw from things or people we love when we are struggling.  This stage is about physically designing the best network of support for you.

  • Step 5 - Reprogram Me

    Just in the same way you can re-program a computer, the human mind and brain has capacity to learn and execute new thoughts and new behaviours.  Its called neuroplacticity. In this stage we will both clear out the programes of thoughts and behaviours that are not serving you and then we will create new beliefs that will support your wellbeing for the rest of your life.

  • Step 6 - Transform Me

    This is the stage that you know the panic attacks and fears have subside. The energy is improving and you can see that better version of you is now active.  

  • Pilot your own life

    For some of you that will be the end of your time with Transforming Me, for others you will have loved our work so much you will be ready to be taken on to a higher level.  

    We have two more higher level stages for those that have shown true commitment to themselves, that can open up for the right people.

What next?

We hope you found our wellbeing checks useful.  If your or a loved one is not feeling great at the moment, it can be tricky to decide what course of action is required, let alone who to choose to help you.  Some people experience on-going low mood, but dont feel the need for medication.  They may use alchol or other drugs to help shift their state, which can then go on to cause other problems.


Our checks are designed to help you decide if you need support with your general wellbeing or your mental health.  Here at Bewdley Wellbeing Services, we are blessed to be able to deal with wellbeing concerns at many different levels as well as give support to longer term mental health concerns.


We understand not everyone needs or wants therapy, so we equally love it when people come to us just for coaching or training. These can be just as effective.


If you are concerned about your wellbeing or mental health you now have the following options.


  1. Book to see your local GP - they may offer you access to NHS wellbeing services and consider prescribing medication to support you.

  2. Complete our registration form below to be elligible for a free 55 minute discovery session with one of our professionals. You will need to input your scores from 2 of the tests above, so please make sure  you have completed them before you apply for your session.

  3. Start at STEP 1 - RESCUE ME - self paced learning to work independently on the basics.
